KUALA LUMPUR: Jaeger-LeCoultre reopened its outlet at Starhill Gallery recently. The refurbished outlet, relocated from the Adorn floor, is at the entrance of the mall.
Its chief executive officer Jerome Lambert said the outlet covering an area of 140 square metres showcases Swiss-made watches.
At the launch, museum pieces such as pocket watches from 1903, Atmos clocks dubbed the “Clock of Presidents” and a Jaeger-LeCoultre 101 watch worn by Queen Elizabeth II during her coronation were exhibited.
There were also ladies’ high jewellery and underwater sports watches on offer.
Present at the launch were Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen, YTL Group managing director Tan Sri Dr Francis Yeoh, Jaeger-LeCoultre Southeast Asia and Australia managing director Alexis Delaporte, Jaeger-LeCoultre Malaysia country manager Reena Tan and Switzerland ambassador to Malaysia, Dr Rolf Lenz.
