KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) will work closely with the Finance Ministry and Accountant-General to implement the new Accountants Act as soon as possible, said president Nik Mohd Hasyudeen Yusoff.

KUCHING: The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has paid out RM4.3bil in refunds to taxpayers so far this year, Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Dr Ng Yen Yen said.
